1993-1997 700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E Transmission
This kit will convert your 1993-1997 4L60E transmission to a factory mechanical speedometer while retaining a functional VSS capability. This is a simple 30 minute bolt-on installation.
The conversion kit includes the tail housing, new speedometer sleeve with new gear, new VSS sensor, new reluctor/drive gear bushing, and bolts.
IMPORTANT: You must include your rear axle gear ratio and tire diameter with your order for us to determine the correct speedo gears!

Mechanical Speedometer Kit
1998 and up 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E Transmission
This kit will convert your 1998 & up 4L60E transmision to a factory mechanical speedometer and still have a functional VSS capability. This is a simple 30 minute bolt on installation.
This conversion kit features a machined billet adapter that mounts to the 6-bolt stock transmission, allowing the standard 4-bolt tail housing to bolt upright. It also includes a new mechanical speedometer sleeve with a a new gear, and a reluctor/drive gear bushing assembly. This gear assembly drives the mechanical speedo and operates the VSS sensor.
IMPORTANT: You must include your rear axle gear ratio and tire diameter with your order for us to determine the correct speedo gears!

Mechanical Speedometer Kit
4L80E Transmission
The SW44 kit will give your 4L80E transmission a factory manual speedometer hook up that uses all new GM parts and does not interfere with any stock electrical configurations. The tail housing is the same length as the stock tail housing which means you can use your existing drive shaft.
SW44 kit includes new tail housing, drive gear, sleeve and driven gear, sleeve retainer, and bolt. Tail housing bolts can be added if needed. This is a simple 30-minute bolt on installation.

4L80E/4L85E Corvette C4 Tail Housing Kit
This kit comes with a new output shaft that replaces the stock output shaft and a new extension housing. The extension housing is designed so the 4L80E/4L85E transmission will drop right in place of the original transmission allowing the exhaust bracket and C beam to bolt in the original configuration. This will give your Corvette 4L80E strength with a no-hassle retrofit.
